MILK TO MEALS WORKSHOP - A 3 PART SERIES

Wednesdays (Sept 23-Oct 7, 2026) from 11:00am–12:00pm (Online)

Our Milk to Meals Workshop Series offers practical, evidence-based information to support you through your baby's feeding journey. Attend the workshop that matches your child's stage of development or join all three as your baby grows. Each session includes practical tips, current recommendations, and an opportunity to have your questions answered.

Birth to 6 Months

Date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 11am-12pm

Designed for expectant parents and families with babies up to 6 months of age. Learn about breastfeeding and formula feeding, recognizing hunger and fullness cues, vitamin D recommendations, and supporting healthy growth and development.

Starting Solids (Around 6 Months)

Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 11am-12pm

Learn when your baby is ready to start solid foods, how to introduce first foods with confidence, include iron-rich foods, safely introduce common allergens, and offer age-appropriate textures.

9 Months to Toddler Feeding

Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 11am-12pm

Learn when your baby is ready to start solid foods, how to introduce first foods with confidence, include iron-rich foods, safely introduce common allergens, and offer age-appropriate textures.
