What are Kinesiologists?
Kinesiologists are regulated healthcare professionals who utilize evidence-based research to work with people of all ages and physical abilities in many settings. The practice of kinesiology incorporates biomechanics, anatomy and physiology while including many other disciplines and considerations such as health promotion, psychosocial factors, and neuroscience. Kinesiology is the science of human movement, performance and function. Kinesiologists help people achieve their health and wellness goals, encourage movement and exercise, and improve quality of life.
