This 4-part series, led by a mental health counsellor, is designed for anyone struggling with sleep. Each session offers education and tools from CBT and sleep psychology to support better rest and long-term sleep habits.

  • Oct 29 - Sleep Hygiene 101: Simple Habits for Better Rest
    Discover daily routines that promote consistent, restful sleep.
  • Nov 5 - Mind Over Mattress: Managing Stress & Anxiety at Bedtime
    Explore strategies to calm the mind and reduce nighttime worry.
  • Nov 12 - Long-Term Sleep Success: Lifestyle Changes That Last
    Learn how to build lasting habits and mindset shifts for sustainable sleep improvement.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Age 18 and up
  • You are an Ontarian with a physician in our affiliated physician group 

    OR

    You are an Ontarian with a home address in one of the following communities:

    • Admaston/Bromley
    • Burnstown
    • Calabogie
    • Dacre
    • Douglas
    • Greater Madawaska
    • Griffith
    • Haley Station
    • Horton
    • Renfrew
