PAUSE & RESET: PRACTICAL STRATEGIES FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

This in-person workshop, led by a mental health counsellor, offers practical, evidence-based tools to manage stress in real time. Participants will be guided through techniques such as breathing, grounding, muscle relaxation, and thought reframing. Develop your own personalized "reset plan" to use in everyday life.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Age 18 and up
  • You are an Ontarian with a physician in our affiliated physician group

This 4-part series, led by a mental health counsellor, is designed for anyone struggling with sleep. Each session offers education and tools from CBT and sleep psychology to support better rest and long-term sleep habits.

    Explore strategies to calm the mind and reduce nighttime worry.

    Learn how to build lasting habits and mindset shifts for sustainable sleep improvement.

STEADY WITHIN: LIVING WELL WITH ANXIETY

Thursdays, Sept 18 – Oct 23, 2025 | 12–1:30pm

This 6-week virtual group, led by a mental health counsellor, explores anxiety and its impact on daily life. Participants will learn about the function of anxiety and develop practical coping strategies using tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and more.

Please note that the group can only provide limited support with individual issues and is not a place to access crisis support.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Experiencing symptoms of anxiety
  • Intended for individuals not currently enrolled in individual counselling
  • Age 18 and up
  • You are an Ontarian with a physician in our affiliated physician group
